My rights as the artist and yours as the customer. By ordering a commission from me you automatically agree to the terms listed on this page.

- I maintain the right to refuse an order for any reason.
- You may not claim the artwork as made by anyone other than myself.
- Payment must be upfront. If you are uncomfortable with this method of payment, however, we can negotiate a different payment procedure.
- I will only start working on your order once payment has been carried out.
- No refunds will be given for completed orders. For incomplete orders, refunds will be partial according to how much of the artwork has been completed. Orders that have not been started may receive a full refund.
- You must provide a clear reference for your character. If I determine that a reference image is not clear or comprehensive enough, I will refuse your order.
- You may specify whether you want your commission to stay private. A private commission will not be shared publicly, nor will it be displayed as an example image in my gallery.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned work online or use it in a portfolio if the commission was not requested to be private.
- Delivery may take up to two weeks depending on your feedback to progress pictures.
- Commercial use will only be allowed for an additional price. Otherwise, any commercial use of the artwork will be considered a copyright infringement and a violation of my terms of service.
